Brett Emanuel and Andrew Pemberton-Fowler first met in Chicago while working at American Theatre Company. Their shared love of what makes a great story was briefly interrupted when Brett moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in entertainment. Meanwhile, Andrew began creating and producing the critically-acclaimed (Out & Time Out Chicago) series, Dudes, which was directed by Brett. Andrew moved to Los Angeles and AIOTK was formed. The company’s first mystery series, I Killed Susan Blake, earned eight award nominations and one award (Maverick Movie Awards – Best Editing Web Series) during the 2016 web series season. Whether it’s drama, comedy, or reality, AIOTK is the place where story matters.
